About Us
Marsha Silver and Terry Kelley both have 25+ years of experience in the legal profession. Since 1996, Carolina Legal Associates has placed thousands of employees throughout the states of South and North Carolina and was one of the first agencies in the industry to introduce contract attorneys. Law firms now realize the value of using contract attorneys for special projects.
Marsha and Terry are actively involved with many organizations such as the South Carolina Bar Association, the South Carolina Association for Justice (fka The South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association), the University of South Carolina School of Law, and the Charleston School of Law. They are a sustaining member of the Palmetto Paralegal Association and a member of the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce. They work closely with the paralegal programs of many colleges and universities and sit on the Advisory Committees for South University and Midlands Technical College. Both of those programs are approved by the American Bar Association.
